CAESAR II - Pipe Stress Analysis

PDMEC Lab, Kemaman

Course Overview

This course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II. Through a combination of theory and hands-on exercises, participants will learn to develop pipe stress models, define loading conditions, evaluate stresses and displacements, analyze support reactions, and assess piping system flexibility in accordance with international design codes. The course also covers interpretation of analysis results and preparation of engineering reports to support safe, reliable, and code-compliant piping system design.

Course Content

Introduction to Pipe Stress Analysis · Model Creation · Load Cases · Boundary Conditions & Supports · Stress Analysis · Results Interpretation · Model Optimization
